NOTE: On Sabbatical

New York, NY

I will be taking a break from Radio Leadership for the next year. I’ll be completing my doctorate, focusing my dissertation on what I’m calling the paradox of organizational vision and converting this work into a book.

Why is it that why so many of us believe vision to be an essential leadership quality, but so few of us who lead or participate in organizational life seem to care about it very much in daily operational terms?

Welcome

Welcome to Radio Leadership, a podcasting forum for ideas, insight and inspiration on leaders, leadership and more. We the people deserve public and private leaders who inspire us with their vision, capability, curiosity and interpersonal effectiveness. There are many fine leaders and organizations out there performing marvelously every day. We know painfully well, however, that the absence of effective leadership has increasingly become a clear and present danger to us all. We can do better. Let's start right here and now!
